Navy Arms p1853 Enfield Rifle Musket

After the prestigious Parker Hale firm closed shop and sold their equipment, Navy Arms made what is commonly known as the "2nd Generation Parker Hale." These parts were better than the Italian made Armisport and Euroarms pattern muskets, but do not hold the glamour of the coveted 1st Generation PH.

This rifle has minor pitting around the cone, and some scratches in the stock. It would benefit greatly by having the stock refinished, but not necessary either. The ramrod tip should be threaded any machine shop to accept any wipers/worms/ball pullers. This version of the Enfield was produced with an inletted front barrel band of the Palmer type, two of the Baddeley type, and all the bands were painted black at the time. "AN" is the production code, which puts it at 1985, well before many reenactors were born.
