m1854 Austrian Lorenz Rifle Musket
The Austrian Lorenz is an often overlooked weapon in the living historian kit, and in even the most basic of CW collections. These rifles were purchased by both Armies, and used throughout the entire war, east and western theaters. At times, the Confederate Armies out west had large numbers of Lorenzes in their ranks. High block sites are regarded as more favorable to Confederate provenance, while low block and flip sites are usually associated with the North. Either way, this weapon would fit well in your collection, reenacting, or even shooting. The groves are still very strong, and would be an excellent choice to shoot. PM for Interest.
